Cream Cheese Whipped Cream

Yummy! This Cream Cheese Whipped Cream is one of my new FaVoRIteS! So easy, and totally yummy!! I used it to top chocolate cupcakes, but could be used just about anywhere you would use whipped cream.

Ingredients:

8 oz package cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon good vanilla (Blue Cattle Trucking Company's Mexican Vanilla)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Directions:

In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. transfer to a bowl and set aside. In that same electric mixer bowl beat together cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until just combined.

Make sure the item you will be frosting is completely cooled before frosting. Keep refrigerated until serving.
