Perfect Whole Wheat Pancakes

One of my personal breakfast favorites! I love that this recipe uses up my wheat from the good old food storage. 

2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1 t Salt
3 T Sugar 
2 Eggs
2 Cups Buttermilk (substitute listed below) 
4 T Butter

Mix everything together! Easy enough right? 

We love to eat our pancakes with Abbie & Ellie's Cinnamon Cream Syrup! (From Kneaders Bakery & Cafe) 
To substitute for Buttermilk, mix 2 t of Lemon Juice with 2 Cups Milk, let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
